Private Pilot
Your First Step to the Skies
Average cost: $15,000-$25,000
The foundation of your aviation journey—learn the core skills of flight in our modern Cirrus fleet. From takeoff to landing, we’ll equip you with the confidence and training to fly safely and independently.
The FAA requires a minimum of 40 hours of flight training for the private pilot license, however the national average is about 60 hours of flight training. The cost will vary from person to person based on aptitude and learning pace. Contact us with any questions about this process!
Instrument Rating
Flying when you can't see!
Average cost: $17,000
Take your training further by flying confidently in low visibility and challenging conditions. With Garmin Perspective avionics and real-world scenario training, you’ll be ready to handle the skies like a pro.


Commercial Pilot
Turn Your Passion Into a Profession
Average Cost: $15,000-$35,000
Our commercial training program gives you the advanced skills, precision, and discipline to operate as a professional aviator so you'll be ready for every opportunity that comes your way.
To be eligible for the commercial pilot license, the pilot must reach 250 hours of flight time, so the cost will vary greatly from person to person. Contact us for more details!
CFI/CFII
Teach, Lead, Inspire
Average cost: $10,000
Build your hours while shaping the next generation of aviators. As a CFI or CFII, you’ll refine your own mastery of flight while guiding students through their first steps into aviation.
During our CFI/CFII course, the pilot will become proficient at flying on the right side of the plane, as well as having instructional skill level and knowledge in all phases of flight.

High-Performance
Power, Speed, Precision
Average cost: $3,000
At Flight Path Academy we have the resources to offer our students the opportunity to get their high performance endorsement. As a commercial pilot this endorsement is crucial for lots of different job opportunities. The student will learn to handle more powerful, advanced engines with confidence.
